When I purchased Sunrocket VOIP service Sunrocket SOLD the gizmo to me. It was included in the annual fee and also Sunrocket often charged for the gizmo separately additional fees. Now Sunrocket is out of business and I'm out a couple of hundred dollars to Sunrocket. Even if you stretch your point that the gizmos were not purchased by the customers, they certainly belong to the customers now and to NO ONE ELSE, no Teleblend, etc. In fact the gizmos present residual value of maybe $10.00-$20.00 does not even begin to cover the amount owed to customers who mostly prepaid for the service.
